My name is Red

The exhibition title “My name is Red ” was borrowed from the famous novel by Orhan Pamuk. The position of red on the artistic palette of colors remains unique and undoubtedly different from the position of other colors. The purpose of the exhibition is to show viewers its extraordinary power of influence. This will be served by works of Polish artist that were created over the last hundred years, whose characteristic feature is the motif of red. Exhibitions based on a similar design have been organized abroad so far; The Sopot exhibition will be the first such event in Poland.
